Knowee is available as an Open Source bundle for self-hosting, but we are also thinking about running a (not-for-profit) demo server at knowee.net. We had a temporary installation, the first 100 accounts were taken after about two days.
In order to run the server, we need about 250$ per month while we are below 1000 users. Costs can be optimized should the user base grow.
